Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is offered at a 50% reduced fee and with no obligation to continue. It is a chance for us to explore what brings you to therapy, your hopes for the work, and for you to get a feel for how it might be to work together. You are also welcome to ask any questions about the process.

Ongoing Fees
If we decide to continue, sessions are usually held weekly at the same day and time. Sessions arranged less frequently than weekly are offered at a higher fee.

(80 minute sessions are possible upon request)
